Welcome to the home page of Heritage Huron Group. We are a leading provider of real estate valuations for the Greater Cincinnati area. We are a leading provider of appraisals for:

During this time of year, our focus is on Tax Assessment Appeals.
When home values fall, so can your property taxes.
Sometimes, the tax assessor can be behind the curve in declining home values. As well, there may be errors in the description of your property, clerical errors, or comparable homes in your neighborhood have sold for less than the assessed value of your home. If you are experiencing any of those situations, you may qualify for a tax break.
The way property values are actually assessed and how that assessment is taxed is a very detailed process. Your goal should be to avoid a situation where your property value declines but your taxes go up. If that is the case, you may have cause to contest the assessment and lower your tax bill.
If you think you may have an over-assessment, please contact me at rob@heritagehurongroup.com. I am very familiar with current home values in the Greater Cincinnati area and can give you an expert, honest opinion. I can also provide help should you decide to contest your tax assessment.
